Loading Station

Loading Station provides a means for laboratory personnel to easily load specimen tubes directly onto the Transport System. The Loading Station is the point at which the arrival of specimens is acknowledged and announced to the LIS. Should there be a bar-code reading error or a tube without test orders, for example, these problems are flagged for resolution and the tube is routed to a reject lane.
